Current Set-up or Favorite Product: “Stan Element resistance release. It’s the least forgiving release, but if you can shoot it well, you can shoot well.”
Luke is a USA Archery Level 2 coach (currently pursuing Level 3) with a wide variety of knowledge that stems from years of target shooting and worldwide bowhunting. Although he grew up shooting compound, he has grown an affinity for traditional bows and competitive barebow.

Joe is a USA Archery Level 2 coach who loves everything shooting sports. Over the past few years, he has become a huge fan of Total Archery Challenge (TAC) events which challenge shooters at long distances and in tight lanes. Joe is a lover of all things archery, but recurve and traditional bows are at the top of his list. He is also an avid hunter and 3D shooter.

Cam, with knowledge of how to fix just about anything, leads our team of technicians throughout the year. In addition to working on bows, Cam enjoys shooting competitively on both the archery and air gun ranges. Outside of tournaments, he likes shooting Total Archery Challenge (TAC), fishing with Joe, and hunting.

Rachel is a professional archer representing Elite Archery with a laundry list of achievements through the IBO, ASA, USA Archery, and other organizations. Her most recent achievement was taking 2nd place for Rookie of the Year in Women’s Known Pro at ASA. Rachel is currently a USA Archery Level 2 coach (pursuing Level 3) that specializes in compound archery but is also very knowledgeable and experienced with recurve.
