We work on bows from all major manufacturers from paper tuning to warranty work. We are a dealer for and able to order parts from Bowtech, PSE, Elite, Bear, and Excalibur. Done on a drop-off or appointment basis only. 

Whether you buy accessories from us or bring them in, we can install and set them up based on manufacturer specifications. Generally done on a drop-off or appointment basis, but may be provided as a walk-in service at the discretion of the technician on duty. 

We order custom strings through Rogue Bowstrings, an Ohio-based string company. Since strings are bow specific, we do not keep string and cable sets in stock. No appointment is needed to order strings, just bring in your bow and let the technician know you’d like to order strings. We will help you pick one of three available series/materials appropriate for you and your needs. Since strings are custom-ordered, we offer string replacement on a drop-off basis only. Upon pick-up, we will ensure that string accessories (peep, kisser, etc.) are fit properly to the shooter.  

We make custom flemish twist strings in-house for most recurves and longbows at your needed string length and with your preferred colors. We also have the ability to make endless loop strings in-house for barebow and Olympic recurve if not ordered through Rogue Bowstrings. Additionally, we stock all string sizes needed for Excalibur crossbows as they are recurve-style crossbows designed with the ability to swap out strings while in the field. 

Appointments provide the ability to reserve 1-on-1 time with a technician to help with all of the services we offer. They also allow our customers who live further away to make just one trip if requiring services generally designated as drop-off services. Although some shooting may be required, this time is designed to be bow-focused rather than form-focused. If you are looking to focus on yourself or your form, we suggest scheduling a lesson instead. Since we do our best to schedule according to your needs, appointments may take place outside of pro shop hours.
