Terms and Conditions

Any returned item must be in the original condition with all tags intact in order to receive a full refund. Once the return is inspected, we will determine the approval of the return. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of return.
Returns are only accepted on items in their original condition. If the original tag/packaging is damaged or missing, there will be a fee of 15% of the original purchase deducted from the refund.
For items 1&2, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
The sale of any special order items are final. Deposits on special order items are non-refundable.
The sale of used or consignment products are final.
If returning or cancelling a sale in which labor has been involved, the customer will forfeit a labor fee in accordance with the time spent on the returned item in question.
